Through a global network comprising of dedicated professionals, collectively sharing the Group’s sound ethics and high standards, Overseas has established a manning network that can readily and reliably source professional, competent and committed crews.

In keeping with the Group’s philosophy, our seafarers are our strongest assets, and since inception, our strategy has always been to nurture and develop lasting bonds, helping us to better understand our seafarers' needs and expectations. It is this understanding that allows us to effectively match the suitable crew for our clients’ requirements. Thereafter, the focus is on carefully managing our position as the intermediary in order for that same bond to be experienced by our clients.
